This policy describes how we handle data in your Taxora workspace.
Purpose and role
Taxora AI provides software tools to help individuals and businesses organize tax and legal compliance documents, retrieve research, draft analyses, and manage filing obligations across the US and UAE. Taxora is a processor/service provider for your workspace data except where otherwise stated in these terms.
Data we process
We process account data, workspace content, uploaded documents, prompts and outputs, support communications, technical logs, billing records, and security telemetry. Sensitive categories may include government IDs, financial account details, and tax return information you upload.
How we use it
We use your workspace data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to your instructions and applicable law. We are working toward a no-training-use configuration for model-provider traffic; training-use of prompts and responses by our current model provider (Google Gemini API) is governed by Google's paid vs unpaid service terms and must be verified in the Google Cloud / AI Studio console.
Your rights
Where required by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data by contacting us. Cross-border transfers rely on legally recognized safeguards.
Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required by applicable record-retention rules. You can request deletion at any time.
