What Taxora is
Taxora is a software tool that helps you organize tax and legal compliance work, draft documents, and track deadlines. Taxora is not a law firm, not a licensed tax preparer, and not a registered tax agent.
Acceptable use
You may use Taxora only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must NOT use Taxora's output as the sole basis for a tax return position, a notice response, a legal document, or any filing or submission to a tax or government authority without review by a qualified licensed professional. You must not upload data you are not authorized to share, attempt to access another user's data, disable safeguards, or use Taxora to create misleading or fraudulent submissions.
No professional relationship
Using Taxora does not create an attorney-client relationship, a CPA-client relationship, or a tax-preparer relationship. All outputs are drafts for your review and the review of your own licensed advisors.
Disclaimers and liability
Taxora does not warrant the legal or tax correctness of AI-generated output. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and requires professional review before use.
